Sunday Mornings

At the first of the year our ward moved to the 11:30 a.m. slot, a killer for toddlers (we feel it every week in Nursery), but that's another story. We leave our house at about 10:55, so the extra time in the morning leaves plenty of opportunity for Kate to request doing a craft (her favorite thing in the world right now). We usually make crowns or decorate brown lunch sacks for a snack on the way home.

So this is the crew this morning, with their hot chocolate.

Wes outdid himself. I think his crown looks similar to the Pope's hat, don't you think?

Great work, guys! Ari asked if you were "having a birthday". Now she wants one too. Thanks for the idea!

What a great Sunday tradition! We are always just scrambling to get to the church on time, and we only live 2 minutes away. :)

I love it! Wes's hat is excellent and I do love little Miss Sophie sitting on the table. I wish you lived in Texas, as Ellie and Kate could do a thousand glue squeezing crafts together each moment!
